Using the exponential definition of the <hyperbolic cosine> and <Euler's formula>,
$$
\cosh(\alpha+i\beta)=\cosh\alpha\cos\beta+i\sinh\alpha\sin\beta.
$$
Therefore
$$
\boxed{\operatorname{Re}=\cosh\alpha\cos\beta,\qquad
\operatorname{Im}=\sinh\alpha\sin\beta}.
$$
