Use the <inclusion-exclusion principle> for two events:
$$
\boxed{\mathbb P(B_1\cup B_2)
=\frac47+\frac47-\frac27=\frac67.}
$$
As a check, its complement is two white draws, with <probability> $(3/7)(2/6)=1/7$.
