= Solution

Multiply numerator and denominator by the <complex conjugate> $2+i$:
$$
\frac1{2-i}=\frac{2+i}{(2-i)(2+i)}=\frac{2+i}5.
$$
Thus the <real part> and <imaginary part> are
$$
\boxed{\Re z=\frac25,\qquad\Im z=\frac15.}
$$
