The zeros of $\sin z$ are $z=n\pi$ for $n\in\mathbb Z$, all simple, and $\cos(n\pi)=(-1)^n\ne0$. Hence the finite singularities of $\cot z$ are exactly
$$
\boxed{z=n\pi,\quad n\in\mathbb Z,\quad\text{all simple poles}.}
$$
Locally $\cot z\sim1/(z-n\pi)$, so each <pole> has <residue> $1$.
