The solutions retain the paper's labels. In 2(b)(i), the printed zero case $m\ne0$ is inconsistent with its one case; the solution explicitly uses the intended $m\ne n$. The extra closing parenthesis in the printed definition of the <supremum norm> metric has no mathematical effect.
