Using the supplied masses,
$$
\mu_\alpha c^2=\frac{3728.34(11177.76)}{14906.10}=2795.801\,\mathrm{MeV},
\quad T_\alpha^*=10.10\frac{11177.76}{14906.10}=7.573770\,\mathrm{MeV}.
$$
Therefore $\boxed{p_\alpha^*=205.790\,\mathrm{MeV}/c\simeq206\,\mathrm{MeV}/c}$.
