At the balance <angular frequency>, $Z=W$ and the two <voltage dividers> have the same ratio. Thus
$$
\boxed{V_{\rm oc}(\omega_0)=0,\qquad V_A(\omega_0)=0,\qquad I_A(\omega_0)=0.}
$$
This zero detector <electric current> is the operational condition used to find $R_v$ and $\omega_0$.
