With no reflected field, $\overline{E_y^2}=A^2/2$ and $\overline{H_z^2}=A^2/(2Z_v^2)$ at the entrance. Thus
$$
\boxed{P_{\rm abs}=\frac12\epsilon_0A^2=\frac{\overline S_{\rm inc}}c,\qquad
\overline S_{\rm inc}=\frac{A^2}{2Z_v}.}
$$
Complete absorption transfers the incident normal <momentum flux> to the body.
