The <capacitor> stores <electrostatic energy>, the <inductor> stores <magnetic energy>, and the <resistor> converts <energy> into heat. Their instantaneous values are
$$
\boxed{E_C=\frac{q^2}{2C}=\frac12CV_C^2,\qquad E_I=\frac12LI^2,\qquad P_R=RI^2.}
$$
The sign convention for <electric current> does not change these expressions. With the initial <voltage>, $E_C(0)=CV_0^2/2=90\ \mu\mathrm J$ and $E_I(0)=P_R(0)=0$.
