Multiplication of a <distribution> by a <smooth function> is defined by moving that function onto the <test function>. The <Dirac delta multiplication identity> gives
$$
\boxed{\langle x^2\delta,\phi\rangle=\langle\delta,x^2\phi\rangle=(x^2\phi(x))\big|_{x=0}=0.}
$$
In fact $x^2\delta$ is the zero <distribution>, independently of the special positivity assumptions on $\phi$.
