Solution (source code)

= Solution

At zero dispersion and $\alpha=0$, $\sigma=\sqrt{\epsilon\beta}$ and $\sigma'=\sqrt{\epsilon/\beta}$. The results are
$$
\boxed{\sigma_x=77.5\ \mu\mathrm m,\quad\sigma'_x=38.7\ \mu\mathrm{rad},\quad\sigma_y=7.75\ \mu\mathrm m,\quad\sigma'_y=3.87\ \mu\mathrm{rad}.}
$$
The repeated $D_x,D_y$ entries in the source are interpreted as intended vanishing dispersion and its slope. If dispersion slopes were not zero, <energy> spread would contribute to divergence and further data would be needed.
