Use the \b[<log link>]:

\boxed{\log\lambda_i=\beta_0+\beta_T T_i},\qquad
\lambda_i=\mathbb E[N_i\mid T_i],
$$
where $N_i$ is the offspring count and $T_i$ is <testosterone> concentration. This <link function> keeps the fitted conditional mean positive.
