The adequately sampled record shows a yearly cycle and a daily cycle. Up to exchanging their labels,
$$
\boxed{\omega_Y=2\pi\,\mathrm{yr^{-1}},\qquad
\omega_D=2\pi\,\mathrm{day^{-1}}.}
$$
Using $365$ days per year for numerical estimates,
$$
\omega_Y\simeq1.99\times10^{-7}\,\mathrm{rad\,s^{-1}},\qquad
\omega_D\simeq7.27\times10^{-5}\,\mathrm{rad\,s^{-1}}.
$$
These are <angular frequencies>. The corresponding ordinary <frequencies> are $1\,\mathrm{yr^{-1}}$ and $1\,\mathrm{day^{-1}}$.
