= Piezoelectric stress sensor

A transducer using stress-induced electrical charge. A uniformly loaded slab of thickness $t$ has ideal open-circuit voltage sensitivity $dt/(\epsilon_0\kappa)$; leakage and input <capacitance> change its measured response.
