For an irreducible symmetric Laurent polynomial $\delta$, the primary component is
$$
V_\delta=\ker\delta(T)^N
$$
for sufficiently large $N$. Distinct symmetric primary components are orthogonal, so restriction defines a projection $\mathcal W_F\to\mathcal W_F^\delta$.
