= Pulsar magnetosphere
A pulsar magnetosphere is the plasma and electromagnetic field surrounding a pulsar. Close to the star, charges tend to screen electric fields parallel to the magnetic field and approximately corotate; near the light cylinder, relativistic motion and field distortion become essential.
