Relative safety loading (source code)

= Relative safety loading
{title2=$\rho=c/(\lambda\mu)-1$}

If the expected claim outflow per unit time is $\lambda\mu$, the relative safety loading is $\rho=c/(\lambda\mu)-1$. Positive loading means expected premium income exceeds expected claim outflow. This is the net profit condition in the <classical risk model>.
