The integer number of radio-frequency cycles per revolution of a synchronous particle in a circular accelerator. It fixes $f_{\rm RF}=h f_{\rm rev}$ and the number of RF buckets around the ring. It is unrelated to an arithmetic harmonic number $H_n$.
