In the Schrödinger picture, states evolve with the <Hamiltonian operator> while observables without explicit time dependence are fixed. For time-independent $H$, the corresponding <Heisenberg picture> operator is $O_H(t)=e^{iHt/\hbar}O_Se^{-iHt/\hbar}$.
