Strong sensitivity of a lyophobic <colloid>'s <critical coagulation concentration> to counterion valence. A high-surface-potential DLVO approximation gives $c_{\rm ccc}\propto z^{-6}$; specific adsorption and charge regulation can invalidate this simple scaling.
