= Shattering coefficient of a union

For binary hypothesis classes,
$$
s(\mathcal H_1\cup\mathcal H_2,n)
\leq s(\mathcal H_1,n)+s(\mathcal H_2,n),
$$
because the label vectors realized by the union form the union of the two sets of realized label vectors.
