Single-crystal X-ray diffraction
= Single-crystal X-ray diffraction
Determination of a crystalline structure from the diffraction of X-rays by an oriented single crystal. It can distinguish cage connectivities and substitution patterns that share an elemental formula and the same number of NMR environments.
