The <Soft photon theorem> factorizes emission of a low-energy <photon> into the hard amplitude times $\sum_i\eta_iQ_i\,p_i\cdot\epsilon/(p_i\cdot q)$. Its <Ward identity> is equivalent to conservation of total <electric charge>.
