A supergauge transformation acts on a charged chiral superfield and vector superfield together. In one common convention, $\Phi'=e^{-2i\Lambda}\Phi$ and $e^{2V'}=e^{-2i\Lambda^\dagger}e^{2V}e^{2i\Lambda}$.
