= Suspension isomorphism

Every reduced cohomology theory has a natural suspension isomorphism
$$
\widetilde E^i(\Sigma X)\cong\widetilde E^{i-1}(X).
$$
For complex K-theory this combines with Bott periodicity to compute the theory of spheres.
