The 1993 proposal by <Charles H. Bennett> and collaborators separates the previously distributed entangled resource from the later classical measurement record. Printed p. 1896, equations (5)–(6), exhibits Bell-measurement branches and the receiver's outcome-dependent unitary correction. Resource-state and Bell-label conventions must be translated before importing a correction table.
