Local equilibrium associates the outgoing <heat flux> $q$ with outgoing <entropy> flux $q/\theta$ at positive <temperature> $\theta$. Its <divergence> appears in the <Lagrangian entropy inequality>, with the appropriate nominal flux in reference coordinates.
