= Transitivity exact sequence for Kähler differentials

For ring maps $A\to B\to C$, the first or transitivity exact sequence is
$$
\Omega_{B/A}\otimes_BC\longrightarrow\Omega_{C/A}\longrightarrow\Omega_{C/B}\longrightarrow0.
$$
The maps send $db\otimes c$ to $c\,db$ and then kill differentials of elements coming from $B$.
