A <helium atom> electronic state with total <spin> one. Its symmetric <spin> function requires an antisymmetric spatial <wavefunction>, excluding two <electrons> in the same spatial orbital. The three <spin> projections are magnetic substates of the same <spin> multiplet, not three separately distinguishable particles.
