For unit mass and angular frequency,
$$
H=a_x^\dagger a_x+a_y^\dagger a_y+1.
$$
The level with total occupation $N=n_x+n_y$ has energy $N+1$ and degeneracy $N+1$ in units where $\hbar=1$.
