= Unitarization of a compact-group representation

For a compact group with normalized <Haar measure>, averaging any positive-definite Hermitian form,
$$
\langle v,w\rangle_G
=\int_G\langle\rho(g)v,\rho(g)w\rangle\,dg,
$$
produces an invariant positive-definite Hermitian form.
