The Weil pairing is a bilinear, alternating, nondegenerate pairing
$$
e_n:E[n]\times E[n]\longrightarrow\mu_n.
$$
For an isogeny $\phi$ and its dual, it satisfies $e_n(\phi P,Q)=e_n(P,\widehat\phi Q)$ whenever both sides are defined.
