The primary spectroscopic monitoring study compares H-alpha wind emission with <X-ray> state changes. The wind-to-accretion interpretation depends on wind velocity and ionization as well as <mass> loss; its abstract reports that a stronger H-alpha wind need not yield a brighter soft <X-ray> state.
