The final average table supplies the $K^{-}{\pi }^{+}$, ${\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{-}$ and $K^{+}{K}^{-}$ branching fractions, and the last paragraph supplies $K^{+}{\pi }^{-}$. This is a later experimental cross-check, not data provided in the 2012 paper.
