The spinning particle constraints $\mathcal Q=\psi^mp_m$ and $\mathcal H=p^2/2$ obey $\{\mathcal Q,\mathcal Q\}_D=-2i\mathcal H$ and $\{\mathcal Q,\mathcal H\}_D=0$. In the quantum theory $\widehat{\mathcal Q}^{\,2}=\widehat{\mathcal H}$, so the fermionic physical-state equation implies the mass-shell equation.
