= Zero-mean bounded-variation space

The zero-mean bounded-variation space is
$$
BV_0(\Omega)=\left\{u\in BV(\Omega):\int_\Omega u\,dx=0\right\}.
$$
Removing the constant nullspace makes total variation coercive on this subspace.
