A good welcome message does not need complicated language. Mention the person's return, say something positive, and
 offer help when appropriate.

Whether you are creating a welcome card for new employee, choosing free welcome back cards, sending a welcome back card, or using welcome back ecards, focus on making the recipient feel included.

For teachers, welcome back cards for teachers can create a warm start after a school break. For office teams, a shared card can help a new employee or returning coworker feel connected.

A few sincere words can make someone's first day or first day back feel much more welcoming.
