The policy has opened more private sector opportunities for UAE nationals than ever before. As of June 30, 2025, more than 152,000 Emiratis were working in the private sector across 29,000 companies. That number continues to grow, and with it the competition for the strongest roles in finance, technology, healthcare, logistics and other fast-growing sectors.

More opportunity does not remove the need to present yourself well. Recruiters and hiring managers increasingly search online before they ever make contact, so a polished professional profile matters. Many candidates turn to https://www.cvmaker.ae/linkedin-profiles[writing services for LinkedIn profiles in UAE] to make sure their headline, summary and experience sections are clear, keyword-rich and aligned with what employers actually search for. Pair that with a well-structured CV and clear career goals, and you give yourself a real edge when applying through Nafis or directly to employers.

Emirati candidates should also look at training programmes, internships and graduate schemes, which are often the entry point to long-term private sector careers.
