As of my last update in October 2023, I do not have access to real-time databases or the latest statistics to provide an up-to-date list of NUTS-3 regions in the EU with a GDP per capita over 100,000 EUR. However, traditionally, certain regions known for high economic output, such as city-states or strong financial and industrial hubs, often exceed this threshold.
