 Cardinal sum

The cardinal sum is the cardinality of the disjoint union of sets of the specified sizes. Using initial ordinals, this is $|\{(i,\xi ):i\in I,\xi <{\kappa }_i\}|$. The tags distinguish overlapping summands. The empty sum is zero.
