In an idealized corotating pulsar magnetosphere, plasma moves with $\mathbf{u}=\mathbf{\Omega }\times \mathbf{r}$. In Gaussian units, ideal magnetohydrodynamics then gives $\mathbf{E}=-\mathbf{u}\times \mathbf{B}/c$.
