For real $x>0$, its small-argument expansion is $\mathrm{Ci}(x)={\gamma }_E+\log x+O(x^2)$. Integrating ${\mathrm{Ci}}^{\prime }(x)=\cos x/x$ separates the logarithm from the regular correction.
