 CSS Overflow Module Level 3 by World Wide Web Consortium

Working Draft, 7 October 2025. Section2 distinguishes ink/scrollable overflow; section3.1 defines visible, hidden, clip, scroll and auto, including programmatic scrolling and independent formatting-context behavior. Distinguish clip from hidden rather than extending CSS2.2 terminology to the new clip value.
