 Dimensional infrared counting for antiferromagnetic depletion

At zero temperature, linear-mode vacuum depletion scales as $\int dk{k}^{d-2}$; at nonzero temperature Bose occupation changes this to $\int dk{k}^{d-3}$. The two convergence criteria are different.
