 Dinkelbach's algorithm

For maximizing $A(x)/B(x)$ with $B(x)>0$, repeatedly maximize $A(x)-rB(x)$ and update $r$ to the ratio at the selected maximizer. If the maximum difference is zero, $r$ is the optimal ratio. Exact convergence claims require the relevant existence and regularity assumptions.
