 Doppler CMB anisotropy

The Doppler CMB anisotropy is the line-of-sight velocity contribution from the last-scattering plasma. With the convention used here it contributes $-\hat{\mathbf{n}}\cdot {\mathbf{v}}_e$ to the observed fractional temperature perturbation.
