 Dual Boolean function

The dual of a Boolean function $f$ is $f^{\ast }(x)=\neg f(\neg x)$. Swapping AND with OR and zero with one in a monotone circuit for $f$ produces a circuit for $f^{\ast }$ by De Morgan's laws.
