 Dual projective space

Hyperplanes in $\mathbb{P}(V)$ are kernels of nonzero linear functionals modulo scalar multiplication. Their parameter space is therefore $\mathbb{P}(V^{\ast })$, of the same dimension. In particular lines in a projective plane are parametrized by another projective plane.
