 Elliptic fibration of the rational elliptic surface

Projection to $[s:t]$ gives an elliptic fibration with connected cubic fibers. Each of the nine exceptional divisors maps isomorphically to ${\mathbb{CP}}^1$ and is therefore a holomorphic section.
