 Fermion bilinear

A local expression containing two fermion fields and a matrix acting on Dirac spinor indices. The choices $\Gamma ={\gamma }^{\mu }$ and $\Gamma ={\gamma }^{\mu }{\gamma }^5$ give the Dirac current and axial current.
